At fncustom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom jersey. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds:

Custom Orders:
Because every jersey is made-to-order, customized with names, numbers, or designs, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items simply because you changed your mind. Please double-check your design before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your jersey arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fncustom.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item after verifying the problem.

Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Replacement orders will be shipped at no additional cost.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items. Because all items are custom, we cannot offer exchanges for different sizes or designs unless the product is defective.
